Ellis Consolidated was the successful tenderer to deliver Project Management, Stabilisation and Profiling services to Kyogle Council as part of the 2022 Flood Recovery works. Providing a Full Service to repair over 90,000m2 of failed pavements on Collins Creek Road and Kyogle Road.

Richmond Hill UTS
UTS Milling existing pavement materials to design depths for Council pavement reconstruction – Nov 2023 to Feb 2024

Details:
Ellis Consolidated was awarded the contract to undertake UTS Milling on Lismore City Council’s pavement rehabilitation of Richmond Hill Road. The project was completed over 3 stages, milling 2,500m3 of existing pavement to 160mm below the design Finished Surface Level.

Details:
Ellis Consolidated provided Full Service stabilisation services to Kyogle Shire to deliver the Bruxner HWY and Summerland Way 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 Heavy Patching program. A total of 9,000m2 over 21km on Bruxner HWY and 8,000m2 over 67km on Summerland Way were stabilised as part of the program to a depth of 250mm with 1.5% 70/30 Slag/Lime.

Rehabilitation of 7 Urban Council Roads – April 2022 to July 2022

Details:
Ellis Consolidated was the successful contractor with our pricing to provide Full Service rehabilitation of 7 council roads. Project scope includes milling and disposal of 35-50mm existing asphalt then stabilising existing base with 1-3% Cement to a depth of 150-200mm depth.

Fine Drum Profiling – Tweed Valley Way Stokers Siding
Fine Milling to improve surface texturization for high texture seal safety upgrade – Nov 2020

Ellis Consolidated was the successful contractor selected to provide surface texturization of 47,000m2 on Tweed Valley Way as part of a high texture seal safety upgrade. Surface texturizing of the existing asphalt pavement was completed with a LA8 Fine Mill to a depth of 10mm.

Kilcoy Beerwah Road Foam Bitumen Stabilisation
5.8km of Foam Bitumen Pavement Rehabilitation – Mar 2020 – Mar 2021

Details:
Ellis Consolidated was the successful Subcontractor to provide Foam Bitumen Stabilisation Services on Kilcoy Beerwah Road upgrade. Over 12 months 50,500m2 were foam bitumen stabilised using 550T C170 Bitumen and 377T Hydrated Lime.
