Our fleet includes 2 Classes of Profiler; 1.0m-1.2m and 2.0m, both of which are capable of profiling depths ranging from 0-300mm.
Our Profilers are equipped with flexible cutting systems, coupled with an array of different cutting drum configurations allow us to provide a milling system to suit your project requirements.
Our fleet also has capabilities to provide a WPT (Profiling Performance Tracking) Report at the completion of shift. The WPT will provide a summary report including location of works, depth milled, volume of material removed and tonnage removed. The report can be customised to suit the project requirements.
We own, operate and have expertise in the use of a variety of levelling systems, each selected to suit the scope of works and tolerances required. The latest levelling technology to be added to our fleet of 2.0m Profilers is UTS Level control, providing machine guidance for milling.
